    You can follow these simple steps to find the status of your recent Insta EMI Card purchase:

    • Click on the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page to visit our service portal.
    • Sign-in with your registered mobile number and the OTP.
    • Enter your date of birth for verification and proceed.
    • Select the platform from where you made the purchase – online or partner store.
    • Find the details of your purchase and its status.

    Alternatively, you can also click on ‘Check the status of my order’ option below to go to our Service portal. You’ll be asked to sign-in using your registered mobile number and date of birth.

Frequently asked questions

What if I have paid twice for an order?

The merchant doesn’t allow us to cancel the transaction in such cases. Please contact the biller's customer support team directly with the transaction details.

What if the order, booking/ bill payment/recharge is not confirmed for a successful transaction?

If you do not receive confirmation of your order or booking from the merchant, we kindly ask you to contact them directly to inquire about the status of your request.

When will I get a refund for a failed/cancelled order/booking/recharge or bill payment?

If a payment fails and your money is deducted from your bank account, there is no cause for concern as your funds are secure with your bank. The deducted amount will be refunded to your account within 3 to 5 days from the date of the failed payment. You can verify the refund by reviewing your bank account statement after 5 days. In the rare event that the bank does not provide the refund within the specified timeframe, please reach out to them with the UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number for the payment, and they will assist you in resolving the issue.
