Your customer ID is needed if you visit our branch for any service-related query. It’s advised to keep your customer ID handy if you’re planning to visit any of our service branches. If you have the customer ID ready with you, it will help our branch representative to assist you better.
In case you don’t remember your customer ID and need to check, you can visit our customer portal – My Account and check your ID. Please note that the customer ID isn’t required to login to our customer portal, and you can easily login with your mobile number and OTP

- Verify your details by entering your date of birth
