This error usually comes if there’s more than one ID linked to your registered mobile number.

If you’re facing this error and are unable to use our services, you can follow these simple steps to sign-in to our customer portal.

  • Click on the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page to visit My Account.
  • Enter your registered mobile number and submit the OTP.
  • Verify your details with your date of birth and proceed.
  • Select the customer ID of your preference from the list displayed on your screen.

  • Enter your registered mobile number and submit the OTP to sign-in.
  • Click on the ‘Verify Now’ option displayed on your screen.
  • Enter your date of birth, gender, and PAN and click on ‘Submit’ to proceed.
  • A service request will be raised, and our representative will reach out to you within 48 business hours to solve your login-related issue.
