Block or unblock your Health EMI Network Card
Your Health EMI Network Card is a great way to manage your medical expenses that are typically not covered by your insurance policy. However, there might be a situation where you do not wish to use your card for a while. In such a scenario, blocking your Health EMI Network Card helps you prevent any misuse of your card.
You can block your card easily by visiting our customer portal However, if you wish to use your card again, you can unblock it in just a few steps on our customer portal.
Please note that if your Health EMI Network Card is blocked due to non-payment of your EMIs or dues or a low CIBIL Score, it will get unblocked once you clear your dues or your credit score improves and meets our internal policies. You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number informing you about the change in the status of your card.

Block your Bajaj Finserv Health EMI Network Card
- Click on the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page to visit your account.
- Enter the registered mobile number and date of birth, and submit the OTP to sign-in.
- Select your Health EMI Network Card from the ‘Your relations’ section.
- Click on the ‘Block Card’ option within the ‘Quick Actions’ section.
- Enter a reason for blocking your card and then proceed.
You can also click on the ‘Block your Health EMI Network Card’ option below to visit our customer portal. You will be asked to sign-in. You can then select your card from the ‘Your relations’ section, click on ‘Block Card’ within ‘Quick Actions’ and proceed to block your card.

Frequently asked questions
There are several factors due to which your Health EMI Network Card gets blocked. These include:
- If you have a low CIBIL Score and that does not meet our internal policy criteria.
- In case you’ve failed to pay your EMIs, or your EMI gets bounced due to a low account balance or any technical error.
- If your loan repayment record is inconsistent.
- If we observe any suspicious or fraudulent activities on your card, your card gets blocked for security purposes.
As a quarterly practice, Bajaj Finance also reviews your available card limit and makes changes (either increase or decrease) as per our internal policy. If your card is blocked due to any of the above reasons, you’ll receive an SMS on your registered mobile number confirming the same.
You can visit our customer portal and check the status of your card – whether it’s active or blocked. In case your card is blocked, you can view the reason for this and the criteria to unblock it. Please note that if your card is blocked due to any of these above-mentioned reasons, it will be unblocked once you meet our internal eligibility criteria.
Check the status of your card
In case you don’t wish to use your Health EMI Network Card, you can block it easily with a few clicks. Follow the steps given below and block your card from the comfort of your home.
- Click on the ‘Block your card’ text below to go to My Account – Bajaj Finance customer portal.
- Enter your registered mobile number and the OTP to sign-in.
- Verify your details by entering your date of birth and proceed.
- Select your Health EMI Network Card from the ‘My Relations’ section.
- Click on the ‘Block Card’ option in the ‘Quick Actions’ section.
- Enter a reason for blocking and proceed.
If your card is blocked due to our internal policy criteria such as low CIBIL Score and overdue EMI, it will get unblocked once you meet our eligibility criteria. However, if you’ve blocked your Health EMI Network Card, and want to use it again, follow these steps and unblock your card.
- Click on the ‘Unblock your card’ text below to go to My Account – Bajaj Finance customer portal.
- Enter your registered mobile number and the OTP to sign-in.
- Verify your details by entering your date of birth and proceed.
- Select your card from the ‘My Relations’ section.
- Click on the ‘Unblock Card’ option within ‘Quick Actions’.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number for verification.
In case you suspect any fraudulent activity on your Health EMI Network Card, you can self-block the card by following these steps:
- Click on the ‘Block my card’ text given below to visit our customer portal – My Account.
- Enter your registered mobile number and the OTP to sign-in.
- Verify your details with your date of birth and proceed.
- Select the card from the ‘My Relations’ section.
- Click on the ‘Block Card’ option within the ‘Quick Actions’ section.
- Select 'fraud attempt on the card' as the reason for blocking your card and proceed.
- Submit the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Note: In case you’re blocking the card from the Bajaj Finserv app, then you don’t need to enter the OTP.
