Our digital customer portal is a feature-rich platform that provides a host of DIY deposit services such as renewal, online submission of FATCA, and more.
Unlike our resident Indian customers, our NRI customers can either use their registered mobile number or email ID to sign-in to the service portal.
If you’re an NRI customer, here’s how you can go about it:
- Click on the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page to visit our customer portal
- Select the ‘NRI’ tab from the list of options
- Enter your registered mobile number or email ID and click on ‘Get OTP’
- Submit the OTP received on your registered mobile number or email
- Verify your details by entering your date of birth and proceed
You’ll be able to find all your deposits and explore our self-service options to manage them.
Please note: You’ll be able to access our service portal only when you are in India. This means you won’t be able to use our online services while you’re staying in the country of your residence.
Apart from managing your FD on our customer portal, you can also explore a host of other DIY services. These include deposit renewal, submitting a FATCA declaration submitting a FATCA declaration. You don’t need to visit any of our branches and use these services from the comfort of your home.
