Web Partner Programme by Bajaj Finance brings together your most loved applications under a single app. It enables easy transactions and minimises the hassle of downloading and registering on different platforms.
To use any a Web Partner Programme, follow these steps:
- Click on a Web Partner Programme on our home screen
- Select any of partner from our list depending on the type of service you wish to avail
- Select product/service and proceed to pay (if applicable)
- Once the payment is successful you will receive the message with your order details
Web Partner Programme houses top applications bringing you exclusive offers and promotions. It minimises the hassle of downloading and installing multiple apps.
You can use the payment options offered by each partner app like UPI, wallets, net banking, credit and debit cards, and the Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card. The payment options may vary from partner to partner.
- Open the partner app
- Select product/booking of your choice
- Enter the required details
- Select the payment mode and complete the payment
Order tracking facility is available with the respective partners from where you have completed the order. Please visit the Web Partner Programme and click on My trip/ My Order/My Booking to track your order.
Any modification or changes will depend on the partner app through which you have placed your order. You can raise a request to modify or change your booking(s) basis respective partner T&C's.
You can directly ask the partner to cancel the order and issue a refund. Refund process is handled by the respective partners.
The refund process usually takes 7-10 working days. In case you do not receive the refund in the given time, you may directly contact the partner app through which you have made the payment.
You will receive the refund in the original payment mode within 7 to 10 working days. For more information, please refer the refund and cancellation policies of the respective partner.
Normally, apps do not cancel the order once confirmed. If cancelled, please reach out to the respective partner for more details. In case you have made the payment, your refund will be processed basis partner's cancellation and refund policy.
Partners normally acknowledge your booking instantly. However, sometimes due to technical bandwidth issues, the confirmation of your order could get delayed. Please wait for final confirmation from the partner before reordering.
You can only avail an offer if you satisfy all the offer T&C. In case you have any offer related queries, you can directly contact the partner app.
Normally we do not share privacy related information with the partner. If there is a need, it is done only after prior consent from the customer.

The Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card is a payment option available with select partners. If you have an active Bajaj Finserv Insta EMI Card, you can access the card as a payment mode by logging in using your registered mobile number.
