Manage your loan details
Every loan you take from Bajaj Finserv is assigned a unique number called the loan account number (LAN). Your LAN serves as an identifier and helps you keep track of your loan details. This includes its status (active or closed), the count of EMIs repaid, and the outstanding amount and many other important information regarding your loan account.

View your loan details
You can check your loan details with service portal in by following these simple steps:
- Click on the ‘Sign-in’ button.
- Enter your mobile number and the OTP to sign-in.
- Verify your details with your date of birth and proceed.
- Once you have successfully logged in, go to ‘Service’
- Click on ‘Relations’
- Select your loan account number
View details such as EMI amount, due dates and more.
You can find all your loan details by clicking on the ‘Check your loan details’ option below. The loan details page provides comprehensive information about your loan, including the start and end dates, interest rate, EMI payment details such as due amount and due dates, total outstanding balance, applicable fees, and charges.
Additionally, you can manage various aspects of your loan account, such as making payments, updating your bank account, or checking your refund status.
You can also access bank account details, insurance information (if applicable), and view documents and statements related to your loan.

When you borrow a loan, it’s important to track your loan details. This will help you manage your loan and plan your finances better. You can check your ongoing Bajaj Finance loan details such as, the total number of EMIs paid, next EMI due date and more.
You can access all these details by visiting the ‘Service’ section. All you have to do is select your loan account from ‘Relations’ and find all your loan details.

If you’ve opted for a loan from Bajaj Finance, you can check details online by following these simple steps.
- Click on the ‘Check your loan details’ given below.
- Enter your registered mobile number and the OTP to sign-in.
- Verify your details by entering your date of birth and proceed.
- Once you have successfully logged in, go to ‘Service’
- Click on ‘Relations’
- Select your loan account number
View details such as EMI amount, due dates, and more.
Part-prepaying your loan might help you in reducing your EMI amount or loan tenure. However, in case you’ve opted for our Flexi Loan variants, you can reduce your EMI if you’re part-prepaying your loan. However, in the case of a Term Loan, you can choose to either reduce your EMI or the loan tenure.
You can refer to the Repayment Schedule or Statement of Account (SOA) to check your updated loan details after making a part-prepayment. Please note that it takes up to 24 hours for the amount to get adjusted towards your loan.
To check your part-prepayment details, please follow these steps:
- Go to ‘Relations’ and select your loan account
- Click on 'View Statements'
- You can now download and view the Statement of Account
