It is recommended to pay the bill within the due date else a late fee will be levied on the existing bill amount. The late fees charges are:
- 18% per annum: This applies to the total outstanding amount (bill amount + accumulated late payment charges) from the due date of the bill.
- Minimum penalty: Rs. 20. Even if the calculated surcharge falls below Rs. 20, you'll still be charged the minimum amount.
