What are the features of Deen Dayal Swasthya Seva Yojana?
The scheme provides cashless benefits to beneficiaries, with annual coverage limits as follows:
- Up to Rs. 2.50 lakh per annum for families of three or fewer members, and up to Rs. 4 lakh for families of four or more members, with no claim exceeding Rs. 4 lakh annually.
- Individuals or family members can avail the insurance benefit collectively or individually.
- Individuals can opt for higher coverage by paying extra premium, without affecting government policy and facilities.
- The scheme covers 447 procedures for medical facilities.

Eligibility criteria for DDSSY
- The program extends health coverage to all residents of Goa who have lived in the state for five years or longer.
