How can I renew my ACKO Bike Insurance policy?

Visit the ACKO website or app and click on the ’Renew policy‘ option. Next, log in to your account via the OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Choose from the applicable plans for renewal on your policy card and click the ’Buy Now’ button against your preferred policy. Lastly, complete the payment online. You will receive the renewed policy on your registered email address.

Does ACKO provide cashless claim?

ACKO comprehensive two-wheeler insurance offers you cashless claim in two types. You may either choose to go for cashless repairs or instant claim settlement (for minor damages only). Get cashless repair services at network garages. ACKO provides door-to-door claims as well.

What is instant reimbursement for bike insurance?

ACKO's comprehensive bike insurance plan offers instant claim settlement for any minor damages that you may face. Simply log in to your ACKO account, answer a few questions, and upload the pictures showing bike damage. You will receive the claim settlement amount within a few hours for minor damages.

What are the add-ons available to choose from in ACKO’s comprehensive bike insurance policy?

You can avail of the following add-on covers on the ACKO bike insurance policy:

Zero depreciation cover: This will cover the cost of repair and replacement without deducting the depreciated value.

Outstation emergency cover: Suppose that your two-wheeler meets with an accident or breaks down outside a 100 km radius from your residence. In such cases, ACKO will reimburse the amount mentioned in the add-on cover for repairs that take more than 12 hours.

Engine protection cover: This add-on insurance cover will pay for repairing or replacing engine parts. It covers any damages caused by floods, leakage of coolant or lubricating oil to the engine parts.

Consumable’s cover: This covers the cost of consumable items such as screw, grease, and brake oil, except the cost of fuel.
