Once you pay your two-wheeler loan completely, a no objection certificate (NOC) gets generated. This is a legal document given by your lender stating that your loan is fully paid and there are no dues remaining.

If you’ve closed your two-wheeler loan with Bajaj Finance, you’ll receive the hard copy of an NOC within 10 days. This loan NOC will be sent to your contact address registered with us.

It’s important to get your no objection certificate as you need to submit your loan NOC to the regional transport office (RTO). This will help you in getting the Bajaj Finance hypothecation removed from your registration certificate (RC). This also states that your lender has no claim on the vehicle. Without the NOC, you might face challenges while transferring your vehicle if you decide to sell it in the future.

However, the NOC that you receive after closing your two-wheeler loan is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Therefore, you need to submit this NOC within the mentioned timeline. In case your NOC expires, or you’ve misplaced it, Bajaj Finance offers you the facility to generate a duplicate one.
