Even if you don’t have our products, you can still create your profile on our customer portal. You can add or update information such as PAN, date of birth and occupational details. Creating a profile will provide you with easy access to our products with a hassle-free application process. It will also give you access to a host of pre-approved offers on our products such as loans, cards and more.
You can follow these simple steps to create your profile on our customer portal.
- Click on the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page to visit My Account.
- Enter your mobile number and the OTP to sign-in.
- Click on the ‘Date of Birth’ and ‘PAN’ icons to update, you can also fill in your occupational details and proceed.
Once you complete the process, a service request number is generated. It will take us up to 48 business hours to get your profile created in our records.
If you’re an existing customer, you can update your contact and personal details easily without any branch visits. You can update your profile information by visiting our customer portal – My Account.
