The Bajaj Finserv EMI Network Card, also known as the Insta EMI Card, allows you to shop across multiple categories like clothing, furniture, home, and kitchen appliances. This card makes purchases easy by dividing the cost into equated monthly instalments (EMIs).
Your account with Bajaj Finserv makes it easy for existing EMI Network Card customers to check their card status whether it’s active, or blocked. You can check the status of the card by following these easy steps.
- Click on the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page to go to your account – Bajaj Finance customer portal.
- Enter your registered mobile number and the OTP to sign-in.
- Verify your details by entering your date of birth and proceed.
- Select the card from the “Your account” section.
- Find the status of your card – active of blocked.
If your card is active, you can find your available loan limit and continue to shop on No Cost EMIs. However, if the status of your card is blocked, you’ll find the reason and the criteria to unblock it. As per our internal policy, if your CIBIL Score drops or you have an overdue EMI, your card gets blocked. In such a situation, it will be unblocked once you meet our policies.
However, there are chances that you’ve blocked your EMI Network Card voluntarily. In such a case, you can follow these steps to unblock it.
- Go to My Account – Bajaj Finance customer portal by clicking on the ‘Sign-in’ button.
- Enter your registered mobile number and the OTP to sign-in.
- Verify your details by entering your date of birth and proceed.
- Select the card you want to unblock from ‘My Relations’.
- Click on the option ‘Unblock Card’ from the ‘Quick Actions’ section.
- Verify with an OTP sent to your registered mobile and proceed.
