• Covid home quarantine packages and expense reimbursements to employees and their dependants if Covid positive
• Tie ups with local health facilities for treatment of our employees & their dependants
• Vaccination support to employees and their families across India in partnership with our partners
• Cashless Mediclaim support and ambulance services through CESD
• Covid Impacted Family Assistance policy for the families of the deceased employees due to Covid
• Emotional support helpline for our employees to take care of their mental health
