My voucher is locked. How can I unlock it?
A few vouchers, such as 'Rewards in Process' get unlocked only after you complete the 'Offer Activity'.
Can I use multiple vouchers for a transaction?
Unfortunately, you can only use one voucher per transaction.
My voucher has expired. Can I activate it again?
Vouchers are provided with a clearly mentioned expiry date and they cannot be re-activated. Kindly refer to the voucher T&C for more details.
What is cashback?
Cashback is a cash reward that can be earned by making payment transactions with us.
What is the maximum or minimum cashback I can get for a transaction?
The amount of cashback depends on the amount of your transaction. The more you transact, the more you earn. Terms & Conditions apply.
Can I transfer my cashback to a bank account? Is there any charge for the same?
The cashback won cannot be transferred to your bank account. However, you can use your cashback for making payment transactions.
When will my Locked Card get unlocked?
Your Locked Card will get unlocked once loan processing is completed. You will receive a push notification for the same post unlocking.
How do I get a cashback under Summer Fest?
You will receive a cashback on successful loan disbursal on purchase of an AC or a refrigerator.
I did not get a Locked Card as communicated by the sales person. What should I do?
You should go to the ‘Help and Support’ section under the main menu in the top left corner. Under your loan, you can raise a request against your loan account number.
Where can I see my cashback scratchcards?
Once your Locked Card is unlocked, your scratchcards will be visible under the ‘Cashback’ tab in the ‘My Rewards’ section. You can go to the ‘Cashback’ section and scratch the available scratchcards to get the cashback deposited in your Bajaj Pay Wallet.
Can my scratchcard expire?
Post unlocking, your scratchcard will expire in 30 days. Hence, you need to ensure that any scratchcard that you receive is scratched before that.
My loan got rejected. Will I still receive the cashback?
In case your loan gets rejected or cancelled, you will not be eligible to receive any cashback.
Can I convert my Bajaj Coins into wallet money?
Yes, but you can do so only after you have accumulated a minimum amount of Bajaj Coins. However, the converted cashback cannot be transferred to your linked bank account.
I made a transaction but did not receive any reward for the same. What should I do?
We regret the inconvenience caused. There may be a delay due to some technical issues. We request you to wait for some time and re-check the 'Rewards in Process' section on the app.
