Ways to activate a Debit card

ATM:

  1. Visit your closest ATM belonging to the bank for which you have submitted your card application.
  2. Select the option 'SET PIN'.
  3. An activation code will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  4. Input this code along with your other account information.
  5. When prompted on the screen, create your new Debit Card PIN. Once set, your new PIN will be activated instantly, allowing you to start using your Debit Card.

Mobile banking:

  1. Access the mobile banking app and locate the 'HOME' button situated at the upper left corner.
  2. Locate the option for Debit Card within the app's search function.
  3. Choose the 'SET / RESET PIN' option from the available menu.
  4. Select your specific Debit Card and input a fresh 4-digit PIN, then confirm it by entering the same PIN again. Finally, authenticate the process by entering the MPIN.

Net banking:

  1. Access your Net Banking account and navigate to the 'CARDS' section on the main dashboard.
  2. Proceed to the 'DEBIT CARDS' category and select the 'CHANGE PIN' option.
  3. Input your preferred 4-digit PIN and submit the changes.
  4. To verify the transaction, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  5. Upon successful verification, you will receive an SMS notification confirming the successful update of your PIN.
